Genre of Music: Rock, folk, blues, classical, and a little jazz.

Jimmy's recording gear: I use two 1680 Roland recorders. I have an Art dual channel pre-amp, a 386 DBX digital pre-amp, two RNC compressors, one band EQ. For mics I use a T103, Nt2, and t1000 for condensers; for dynamics I use Shure 57's and 58's.  

Where you can see Jimmy play: I am currently playing out with the Rusty Rock Star Roadshow and with a friend in a duo act. The gigs are from resorts in the lakes and Mt. region to the Mt. Washington boat cruises during the summer. We also play Jazz brunches, weddings, and private parties.

Jimmy talks about VSS software: Ever since owning and using Lyricist software, I've been able to put my thoughts together and I've actually written and cataloged my first soon to be completed Isles of Shoals project. I've even gone beyond that and started working on other songs as well. I really needed to make a first step in a direction that would help me do what I have always wanted to do, which is to have fun playing and recording my own music....Thanks guyz!!!
